Do I need insurance to join?
No. Membership is a flat monthly fee that replaces insurance for everyday care. There are no copays or per-visit fees on included services, and nothing to file or submit.
Where is membership available?
Across all 50 states. A few services require an initial video visit in certain states — we’ll route you automatically when that applies.
Can I add my family?
Yes. The Family plan covers you, your spouse, and dependents under one monthly price. Add or remove members anytime from your portal.
What does urgent care actually cover?
Common, non-emergency concerns — colds and flu, rashes, UTIs, sinus and allergy issues, and prescription refills. For emergencies like chest pain or trouble breathing, always call 911.
How do labs and prescriptions work?
Labs are ordered by your provider during a visit at Quest preferred pricing (a free comprehensive metabolic panel for the primary member and spouse). Your Rx discount card works at the pharmacy on hundreds of medications.
